L-com’s FXC-SFP-C47ZX-1G-A7 is a SFP (Small Form-Factor Pluggable) transceiver, capable of supporting 1.25 Gbps data rates. This fiber optic transceiver has a distance range of 80 km with CWDM (Coarse wavelength division multiplexing) modulation. This 1.25 Gbps Gigabit Ethernet transceiver is compatible with the Alcatel 7x50 platform, which makes it ideal for telecom, datacom, and government network applications. The L-com FXC-SFP-C47ZX-1G-A7 operates at a standard operating temperature ranging from 0 to 70 degrees C. Coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) is a method of combining multiple signals on laser beams at various wavelengths for transmission along fiber optic cables.

This Alcatel 7x50 compatible SFP optical transceiver is designed with Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) technology, which enables the users to monitor key parameters that can affect the performance of a fiber optic transceiver. This SMF transceiver supports 80 km links over Single Mode fiber. The Alcatel 7x50 system level criteria have been 100% adhered to in the design, programming, and testing of this SFP CWDM transceiver. An SFP/ small form-factor pluggable transceiver, is designed to support 100Mbps to 4Gbps Ethernet, Fiber Channel and SONET.

This Alcatel 7x50 compatible transceiver has a CWDM transmitter operating at a 1470 wavelength. SFP transceivers support speeds up to 1.25 Gbps and feature an LC Duplex connector. This L-com FXC-SFP-C47ZX-1G-A7 fiber optic transceiver has a minimum RX receiver sensitivity of 0 dBm. This FXC-SFP-C47ZX-1G-A7 1470 nm transceiver can be used in mobile back-haul buildout, access network, broadcasts, and OEM industries.
