The Bulgin PX0842/B USB standard buccaneer circular data connector offered by L-com is intended for use in harsh environments for the USB 2.0 protocol. This USB connector has a sealed Type B at front of panel and a Type A at rear. With 4 electrical contacts that have a maximum contact resistance of 30 mOhms, this circular data connector can withstand voltages of up to 30 V and currents up to 1.0 A. This IP68 connector is best suited to operators of high speed data networks in internal or external environments that require protection against the ingress of dust and moisture.

This Cat 5e Ethernet connector is made of PVC and meets UL94V-0 flammability standards. The Bulgin PX0842/B standard buccaneer circular data connector offered by L-com can resist cold temperatures ranging from 0 to +70°C. This connector is a rear panel mount style that also supports direct horizontal mounting to PCB for straight plugs.
