The L-com UB300-18GM40-I-V1 ultrasonic proximity sensor is employed in a wide range of IoT, industrial automation, and process control applications. This cylindrical-shaped IOT proximity sensor is utilized for contactless object detection or distance measuring. This cylindrical ultrasonic sensor is constructed of Ni-plated brass and features a tough industrial grade IP67 housing. This sensor has a sensing range of 30 to 300 mm and is unaffected by the color or transparency of objects. This M18 threaded proximity sensor requires a power supply voltage of 10 to 30 VDC. This ultrasonic sensor offers a quick response of 4-20 mA output via a 4-pin A-coded M12 connector for connection.

This proximity IOT sensor has industry standard form factors, making it suited for materials production, warehouse automation, automobile manufacturing, chemical production, pharmaceutical, petroleum and food and beverage industries. This IOT sensor has a repeat accuracy of ≤ 1 % and can operate at temperatures ranging from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. This sensor comes with a blue LED indicator for power on, a yellow LED indicator for switching status, and a red LED indicator for program function. The L-com UB300-18GM40-I-V1 ultrasonic sensor also includes short circuit and overload protection.
