PoE Injector/Midspan w/ Integral Power Supply, 12VDC @ 12 Watt

The PSW1212-POE is a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Injector/Midspan with integral 12VDC, 12 Watt power supply. It provides 12VDC power for one PoE-equipped device by "Injecting" DC power through the CAT5 Ethernet cable. It is compatible with Access Points and other equipment supporting the IEEE standard PoE pinout (Pins 4 & 5 Power + / Pins 7 & 8 Power -) and the 12VDC power requirement.

Compact Wall Mount Design

Since the PSW1212-POE is completely self-contained, a separate power supply and injector is not required. It can be plugged directly into a wall electrical outlet, eliminating the need for additional power cables. The compact size makes it ideal for crowded equipment enclosures. The PSW1212-POE can convert any of L-com's 120VAC industrial enclosures into a 12VDC PoE ready enclosure.

Built In Protection Circuits

The PSW1212-POE feature built in over voltage, over current and short circuit protection. If an overload is detected, the power shuts down automatically; when the overload is cleared, the power is restored.
