L-com's Super-Slim 10Base-T transceivers are small & lightweight, designed to connect your existing Thick Ethernet Adapter Card to a 10Base-T UTP network. This super-slim model accommodates installation into narrow slot spaces typically found in older SUN SPARC™, IBM®, RISC/6000™ and Apple Macintosh™ systems. The transceiver converts 10Base-5 signals via a DB15M/ AUI connector to standard RJ45 Jack for 10Base-T Ethernet for transmission over Unshielded Twisted-Pair cable.
