L-com’s FXC-XFPD20ZR-10G-A7 is a XFP (Small Form-Factor Pluggable) transceiver, capable of supporting 11.1 Gbps data rates. This fiber optic transceiver has a distance range of 80 km with DWDM (Dense wavelength division multiplexing) modulation. The L-com FXC-XFPD20ZR-10G-A7 operates at a standard operating temperature ranging from -20 to 75 degrees C. Dense wavelength-division multiplexing (DWDM) is an optical fiber multiplexing technology that is used to increase the bandwidth of existing fiber networks. This Alcatel 7x50 compatible XFP optical transceiver is designed with Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) technology, which enables the users to monitor key parameters that can affect the performance of a fiber optic transceiver. This SMF transceiver supports 80 km links over Single Mode fiber.

The Alcatel 7x50 system level criteria have been 100% adhered to in the design, programming, and testing of this XFP DWDM transceiver. XFP modules are hot swappable and support multiple physical layer variants, primarily in the 10Gbps data rate range This Alcatel 7x50 compatible transceiver has a DWDM transmitter operating at a 1561.42 wavelength. XFP transceivers support speeds up to 11.1 Gbps and feature an LC Duplex connector. This L-com FXC-XFPD20ZR-10G-A7 fiber optic transceiver has a minimum RX receiver sensitivity of 0 dBm. This FXC-XFPD20ZR-10G-A7 1561.42 nm transceiver can be used in mobile back-haul buildout, access network, broadcasts, and OEM industries.
