The L-com FOT-CLV1-AR is a high precision cleaver that uses an efficient 1 step process to cleave 125um sinlgle fibers with coatings between 250 and 900um in preperation for fusion or mechanical splicing. The FOT-CLV1-AR has a measurable cleave length from 5-20mm and an angle of 90°. The FOT-CLV1-AR comes with an attached fiber disposal bin and a blade good for up to 75,000 cleaves before needing to be replaced. The blade on the FOT-CLV1-AR is auto-rotating, which extends blade life with less technician maintenance.
