1. Designed in accordance with ESD TR20.20-2016 Section: 18.3.2 Dual Conductor Resistance Continuous Monitors.
2. The ESDA Wrist Strap standard is ANSI/ESD S1.1. The Wrist Strap System required limit per ANSI/ESD S20.20 Table 3 is 0.8 to 1.2 x 10⁶ohms with product qualification testing per ANSI/ESD S1.1. The test range of the operator monitored circuits is 1.91 megohms to 10 megohms or 35 megohms. The 35 megohms high test limit is the default/factory set range. The 10 megohm range should be used when operators are handling more sensitive ESD susceptible devices or to detect failures in the wrist strap before reaching the 35 megohms limit.
