L-com’s TRG525-T4T-1M is a Category 5e premium cable that allows you to plug a normal network cable with RJ45 connectors into an M12 cable. This cable is terminated with an M12 4-position (pole) D-code male to a standard 8x8 RJ45 female connector. The D-code M12 connector of the cable is IP68-rated when properly mated to protect against liquids and particulate, and their secure, threaded design makes them extremely resistant to accidental disconnects. This premium cable has a foil-shielded (SF/UTP) aluminum polyester braid design for protection from EMI and RFI noise. The industrial outdoor high flex premium TRG525-T4T-1M cord from L-com can withstand an operating temperature range of up to -40 to 68 degrees C. The cable is flex tested to 1 million cycles at 10x cable OD and 10 million cycles at 20x cable OD.

This D-code cable has a 4Amp maximum total current and a 250V maximum DC voltage. The contact base of the cable connector is made from gold-plated phosphor bronze material. The industrial outdoor high flex cord has a teal FR-TPE (Flame-Retardant Thermoplastic Elastomer) jacket of 0.265 diameter that is UV-resistant, weld spatter and the cable is rated for 600V with a CMX burn rating. This 1-meter-long cable is built with 24AWG stranded conductors for flexibility. L-com’s TRG525-T4T-1M round Ethernet M12 cable has a 2 twisted pairs and 4 strands. This twisted pair double shielded cord is suitable for I/O connectivity, test equipment, industrial Ethernet, EtherCat or Profinet, industrial control and factory automation, and sensor and actuator applications.
