The L-com PXCAP30-2015B capacitive proximity sensor is utilized for contactless object detection, part counting or positioning in industrial automation and process control applications. This cylindrical (unshielded) capacitive IOT sensor is constructed of Ni-plated brass and ABS and features a tough industrial grade IP54 housing. This sensor is unaffected by the color or transparency of objects. This M30 threaded proximity sensor requires a power supply voltage of 90 to 250 VAC. This capacitive sensor offers a quick response AC 2-wire NC output via a 2 meter 2-wire cable for connection.

This proximity IOT sensor has industry standard form factors, making it suited for materials production, warehouse automation, robotics, automotive and food and beverage industries. This IOT sensor can operate at temperatures ranging from -25 to 70 degrees Celsius. This sensor comes with a LED indicator for switching status. The L-com PXCAP30-2015B capacitive sensor also includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. This portfolio includes lightning and surge protectors, coaxial cable assemblies, connectors, adapters, antennas, RF amplifiers and NEMA rated enclosures.
