2W/2 dB Fixed Attenuator, BNC Male to BNC Female Brass Tri-Metal Body Up to 4 GHz
The LCAT7437-2 RF fixed attenuator has a coaxial in-line design with BNC Male connector on one end and BNC Female connector on the other end. The 2 dB RF attenuator prevents signal overload in amplifiers, receivers, and detectors by adjusting the signal level to the optimal power range. The fixed attenuator takes a signal up to 2 watts and reduces the signal level to 2 dB of its original input signal level. The L-com BNC Male to BNC Female RF attenuatoris calibrated up to the 4 GHz frequency specified and is accurate at 0.3 dB. The RF fixed attenuators lower the amplitude of the 2 dB signal by a specific amount and can be used in a wide variety of applications. The 4 GHz fixed attenuator is ideal for wireless, video signal transmission, radar systems, test and measurement, commercial and military communication, and avionics.
The LCAT7437-2 fixed attenuator is used for 50 Ohms impedance circuits and the good VSWR performance of 1.25:1 seen by adjacent components can extend the range of power meters and amplifiers. The BNC Male to BNC Female RF fixed attenuators are constructed from brass with tri-metal plating and are available at a minimum cost. The 4 GHz fixed attenuator operates at a temperature range from -55 to 125 deg C. The 4 GHz fixed attenuator is suitable for RF testing, labs, research institutes, broadcasting, and video signal transmission.
